Eight civilians were killed and four were wounded due to a mine blast on Paghman - Kabul road.
The blast occurred today at around 5:30 AM on the road of Khaldari village, following the collision of a Coaster brand car with a remote controlled mine planted by the opponents.
MOI approved the incident and said the police managed to arrest the mine planter.
No individual or group has taken the responsibility of this incident.
