Bost Bastan is an Afghan News Agency that is independent, balanced, standardized and accurate source that provides the most updated information about Afghanistan in both Farsi and Pashto languages including English on timely basis. We also plan to shortly broadcast news in other languages. 
Our main office is located in Kabul with its sub offices in twenty provinces of Afghanistan.
The leadership and management team of BostNews is comprised of committed and diligent Afghans.  Our aim is not merely to reflect on insecurity, but we also strive to provide updates on political, social, cultural, and economical issues that most concern our readers.
The term Bost associates its meaning with an ancient fort (Qala-e-Bost) located in Helmand province.
